Troubleshooting: dem_rsmas.py fails because ssara*kml missing #525

The DEM-generating script dem_rsmas.py needs a ssarakml file. Currently this file is created by generate_download_command.py which is called by minsarApp.bash. If there is no `ssarakmlyou need to re-rungenerate_download_command.py *.template(command inlog` file).
