When guiding RA only, make dec axis perpendicular to RA axis for graph display #349

when dec guide mode is None, we do not calibrate dec but set the dec axis angle 
to zero. It would be better to set it to one of the directions perpendicular to 
RA, since that would make the display on the graph more meaningful.
