1. when try to record the camera

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The image is blank . With other software guide if I can record .
I tried with Windows VFW-style webcam camera, OpneCV 1 and OpenCV 2 but 
nothing, not working. when I close the program, I get a windows blue screen.
It's a easycap usb2 style.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 32bts. 2.3.1

If we find an issue in phd2 we can add an item in the issue tracker at that
