Improve the UI for the selected city #6

Add some kind of hint or UI element to tell the user where is the selected city. This is specially important when the city is out of the map view.

Possibilities:

A line that connects the center of the view with the city
A text near the central cross indicating the distance to the city

Added some additional info on school details about how close to the central cross it is, but that's something quite rude.

Now labels only show on center school and on hover of any school (2 h)

Improved the form so the combo box is with details and the distance between schools is the last element. Added a tour to help users to understand how the tool works. (4 h)
