still working out how to integrate into the pkg site and render from template for all datasets

Locally, pkgdown::build_site() hangs when building the hh_acs_measures data documentation vignette, but it builds fine with GHA. However, the R-CMD checks within GHA fail to build the hh_acs vignette. Is there a way to skip building certain vignettes in GHA?

@cole-brokamp So the macOS check is passing but the others seem to still be getting hung up on the vignette building. Do you think it's okay to merge?

Yes, merge away. I will check it out as I add the intro vignette too.
