interactive data documentation - some maps broken #44

this may be related to the broken {cincy} interactive maps... CoDEC datasets with a greater number of variables (tract_indices, hh_acs, and traffic) maps don't load in the interactive data documentation.

also need to remove warning message at the bottom of the hh_acs data doc page

I think you are right. I will merge in my intro vignette and work on some of these issues, thanks!
