• R file to create data, annotate with metadata, save as geography-specific data, and harmonized area-level CoDEC TDR
• Use Just to call R file with Rscript to capture sessionInfo and console output in .Rout file; track .Rout file to include, e.g., total number of rows in raw data and number of rows to filter out for each step)
• Automate how releases are created (commit metadata, but not data, in repo folder; save geopackage and CoDEC TDR files to disk; upload artifacts to the github release
