OpenLayers base map won't change #4370

We are using the CartoDB base map and up untill recently it has worked. But recently the base map has reverted back to the stock OpenLayers base map and no changes seem to affect this. We have changed all baseURL values to point towards the CartoDB one but after publishing it is still set to the stock OpenLayers base map. We have tried clearing all caches, taking the app down, clearing the server and publishing a fresh instance onto it, but nothing worked.

@VKerman I am not familiar enough with CartoDB basemap to understand your bug report. You have also not indicated the version of GeoNetwork used.

Can you provide some more information:
