Integrate ranger into the OrbitAI app (on the C++ binary side) #37

Some notes:

  1. the ranger library should be included as a gitsubmodule.: 1.1 You can see how Mochi was included as an example where the Mochi source code is in the MochiMochi @ ba8574e directory that links to a Mochi repository that we forked. 1.2 See instructions here on how to add git submodules. 1.3 Use the orbitai branch of this ranger repo fork as the submodule.
