two sets of SHACL rules,

GeoCodesv1Shapes.ttl to test for base content requirements for dataset metadata for EarthCube GeoCodes schema.org
GeoCodesv1RecommendedShapes.ttl: test for recommended schema.org properties for dataset metadata for EarthCube GeoCODES harvest.

Steve, wow.. sorry I missed these. Thanks. I'll merge in now. Melinda @nein09 and I were talking about this repo last week and looking to starting working on some things. I put in an issue related to just some plumbing work to get some initial SPARQL federated calls working. https://github.com/geoschemas-org/commoncore/issues/2
