compiled help docs does not work #783

I dowloaded the complied helo docs from the documentaion page but it does not 
works. The left side show the contents and index works correctly but it's 
always marked "Nagigation to this page was cancelled" on the content page

I'm assuming you're running on Vista or Windows 7:

CHMS are blocked for "security" reasons on these OSs. Just unblock it and it 
should work fine.
