New splits saving over last loaded splits file when selecting "Save" from menu #19

It seems that if you have an existing splits file loaded, then choose "New" from the menu and add one or more splits from the "Edit" dialog and then select "Save" (not "Save As"), you will save over the previously loaded splits file.
