On the main samples repo README, the Basic ToDo tasks list link returns 404. I suppose it's been renamed and moved to template-app-electron-react-ts-todo?

Yes, all of the apps in that tasks directory are now all in their own repositories. You can see the full list at the end of the readme under "Getting Started Template Todo Tasks App"
