Just tested Dokan WPML 1.1.3, and if the names are translated correctly now in Dokan > Vendors > Categories column, the store categories counts are still not synchronised:

Also the store category is only registered in their store data in the language used by the vendor when they register it and that is probably why the store categories count is wrong because indeed only two sellers registered in dutch on this staging website.
VERY URGENT = Following up on customer support ticket #49906:
I noticed a new bug that I reported a long time ago and that was fixed about the Store Category count not being synchronised. This bug is back.
There is also an issue with WPML as there are no settings to handle the translation of the store category meaning that the translated categories are not synchronised with the default language store categories.
