Align all card images of a blog page by configuring the same height for all card images in a row
Make blog page style usable for custom page type (other sections than "post", "blog", "categories", or "tags")
Avoid duplicates cards between featured and non featured parts of a blog page

I added a fix for the card images height and proposed some improvement for the blog view.

Hello @matt6697 , Thanks for your pull request.It seems that there is a code issue (conflict).We will check them and if its an enhancement we will obviously add them in our next version. Thanks for your contribution

Just pushed a new commit removing the white spaces causing the lint error. Should now pass the test.
