Update MangaDex plugin to target the v2 plugin API #21

Update the official MangaDex plugin to use the new v2 plugin API from the main Mango app. This targets the new v5 API from MangaDex and makes the plugin functional again.

Requires https://github.com/hkalexling/Mango/pull/284 to be merged and released.

Closes #7 and closes #10.

Hey @fabiopbx, I am adding v5 support to the official mangadex plugin in this PR, and so unfortunately I will have to delete your mangadexV5 plugin to not confuse the users. Just wanted to let you know, and again really appreciate your contributions for the project!
