Allow all content from Mangadex #32

Noticed many manga accessible from Mangadex weren't included in search results from Mango. Not sure if that was intentional, but if it wasn't, this is the fix to have everything show up.

Thanks for the PR, and sorry for the looong delay! I updated the code a bit to enforce the DRY principle.
