Add catmanga & cubari plugin #5

This should work for all manga on Catmanga.

Since it just went public, I highly expect the API endpoints to change sometime in the future. I'll keep an eye on it and update the plugin if they do.

The Cubari plugin should work for all gist and imgur Cubari proxied links. I chose not to implement downloading from nhentai proxied links since there's already a plugin for it.

Try it out and see if it works for you.

No, don't worry, I should be thanking you for all the contributions :D I use E-Hentai and MangaDex exclusively, so it's awesome that you can help to expand the list of plugins to cover more sites!
