valine don't need log in

This comment system seems untrustworthy. It expects the user to create an account on some Chinese cloud platform, seems to have weird vulnerabilities (GHSA-p2c4-gxp4-j3xp), and it's not open-source (it's only available in minified form):

For some reason, the src directory will be suspended from updating after v1.4.0.

If you want to use it on your site, you can create your own comments_helper_valine.tmpl, but we won't support it in Nikola.
