What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download ODK Aggregate v1.4.7 windows-installer
2. Insert required information
3. Run

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect it to load on the Google project I created in Developer

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.4.7 on Windows Vista (I know, I'm working on an upgrade, its a nonprofit, emphasis
on "non")

Please provide any additional information below.
