Improve documentation for MacOS #8

A chapter similar to 4.2. Linux file manager configuration describing how to add the 3 context menu entries Tp-Note, View Tp-Note and Export Tp-Note to MacOS's file manager is still pending.

This could be a good start: Create Context Menu Items in Mac Finder.
