Problem Statement
Currently our developers have a need to customize their User Notification settings, more precisely thus regarding Workflows:
They would like to be able to silence emails regarding issue assignment, but keep any other workflow activity email (like issue comments etc.)
So our general feature request is to enable granular filtering for Workflow Notifications to be able to set which Workflow notification email to receive.
