Problem Statement

While a Dashboard is loading, I can't click on the ellipsis in the top right of a widget. I'd like to do that, so I can open the widget in Discover, or open the Widget Modal, rather than having to wait for the widget data to load.

Solution Brainstorm

Would be nice if those buttons weren't blocked while the widget is loading
