Why should this be included in the repository?

Already have the common library for Canon UFRII, this will add the PPD and Raster utilities needed to install Canon UFRII printer driver for ImageClass and other series printers.

I included the link to Arch

Are we allowed to redistribute it?

MIT, GPL-2.0-only

What kind of user will use this package, and how many users do you think will use this package?

Anyone who owns a Canon Printer and wishes to use UFRII driver for full support under Linux. PCL drivers only offer limited support for the ImageClass laser printer series.
