Fix for list command #51

added async module fixed list command + removed locks for it, all list commands are queued used EventEmitter for IRC.once

Unfortunately this code is note compatible with the upcoming version of the code. As well, we don't want to commit npm modules into the source. Closing for now, expect a fix in 2.0.0.
