Init script and rpm package #6

I've packaged mlapd for CentOS 5 and corrected the init script for the same. 
I'm attaching the spec file and the init script here.

Please let me know if anything needs improvement and/or fixing. And it'd be 
great if we can push this into the repo.

Sorry, didn't set the type and priority properly. Should be enhancement and low 
respectively, I guess.

Thanks, both the .spec file and the initscript have been slightly changed but 
committed.

A new 0.3.2 release, fixing issue #6 will be available in moments, providing an 
.rpm thanks to your contribution.

I'd like to add you to the contributors, please let me know if interested.
