All tabs lost #5

On migration from the Great Suspender. I had the Marvellous Suspender open & I clicked save and it showed the 500+ tabs saved. Then I removed The Great Suspender. All of my tabs went with it. Furthermore, I had session buddy installed just because I don't trust anyone to manage my tabs... Somehow the Great Suspender also took out all of my tabs save history from Session Buddy! Also The Marvellous Suspender's save (where it previously sad 500+) was now empty.

I'm not a complacent user... I'm speechless.

Ciao. Did you save the file of tabs opened previously with TGS? If yes, you can import that file in TMS and try to recover all your tabs, otherwise, I wouldn't know how to help you retrieve your tabs. With this method I have restored all my tabs during the migration from TGS to TMS.

As an alternative (on other PCs and Google Chrome profiles), I have unsuspended all tabs before deactivate (and remove) TGS.

I'm sorry about what happened. I will certainly use the incident to better explain how to migrate from one version to another of the add-on to prevent this from happening.

P.S. Have you already tried to follow the instructions to recover your tabs without The Great Suspender here? https://github.com/greatsuspender/thegreatsuspender/issues/526
