ComboBox itens apear behind WindowPanels #78

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a window panel with a ComboBox inside
2. Populate the ComboBox with some itens
3. Click on ComboBox to view the itens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 The itens are showed behind the WindowPanel, where i can't see and select 
them.
 I would like to see the itens in front of WindowPanel.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 Mosaic 0.4 RC 4
 Windows XP SP3 
 Mozila 3.x
 Chrome 4.x

Please provide any additional information below.
 I atached a screen shot where you clearly can see the ComboBox itens 
behind instead of in front of the WindowPanel.
