Wrong gwt-dev when building with GWT 2.0.3 #81

As all of us know, GWT does not use different versions of gwt-dev.jar any more.

So, would be good to update building.properties and set 

gwt.dev=gwt-dev

by default

there is no gwt.dev in building.properties in the GWT-2.0 branch
