No telemetry by default #15

In the absence of opt-in/out in the onboarding flow, by default all options are disabled are hidden in a menu that no user will look at. It is in our interest to convince users to enable these features, so we should make these opt-out, or properly present them in onboarding.

We will still have basic telemetry from Play Console. So this may not be a blocker. I would also like to discuss if we could enable Anolysis in the future releases (may not require any user choice as it is inherently private)

Human web should now be enabled by default. Rewards was removed completely. Metrics remains opt-in for non-critical pings.
