GhostNetwork.Publications should be removed from GhostNetwork.Gateway.Api and replaced with GhostNetwork.Content The package has minor changes and contains pretty similar methods and models

Only one change is required after update. Instead of Author field, models in the comment and publication creation contains new field AuthorId that should be used. Field Author will be removed in
