Fix font size in bibliography #114

This ports a part of the fix of https://github.com/gi-ev/LNI/pull/103

I am not sure whether this should be in https://github.com/gi-ev/biblatex-lni/blob/main/LNI.bbx. Since we want to have "LNI" be usable in other settings, it should be here. However, we are going to add some other "Tweaks" into biblatex-lni (https://github.com/gi-ev/LNI/pull/103#issuecomment-1628396120), so why shouldn't this?
