Fix missing hyperlinks for citations #119

WIP to fix https://github.com/gi-ev/LNI/issues/107

Currently does not work if hyperref is disabled.

We are discussing at https://github.com/gi-ev/LNI/pull/86#issuecomment-1632144541 different options regarding inclusion of hyperref. A fix for #107 also depends on the taken decision.
