[Much Needed Feature Request] Option to Copy-To-Clipboard instead of Inputing in text field #20

Many text fields in many programs don't support inputting emojis/symbols from emoji-keyboard for some reason. It would be better if there was a option in the settings that would make it possible to toggle between "Copy-to-clipboard" mode and "Insert-in-text-field" mode

Hi, do you have a specific app in mind where it doesn't work?

Currently what emoji-keyboard does is: write the emoji in the clipboard, wait 10ms, send Ctrl+V to the app, wait 500ms, then restore the clipboard to the previous value.

If it works some of the time, increasing those delays could help.

Would an option that doesn't restore the clipboard be sufficient? Or does Ctrl+V interact with the app in some bad way? Another option to try would be to use the alternative paste shortcut instead (Shift+Insert)
