After purchase on Tab Order screen list is not editable #55

Describe the bug After purchase on Tab Order screen list is not editable

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to "Set Tab Order"
  2. Choose "Edit"
  3. Choose "Upgrade"
  4. Edit is available, but list does not become sortable

Expected behavior

Versions (please complete the following information):

Done in 240915 by forcing a back up nav. Could be better.
