It does not work on windows 10 #2

I added the smerge command to the PATH variable and can run the program through the console. But when I try to open the sublime merge from VSCODE, I get an error

command 'vscsm.openInSublimeMerge' not found

Also there is no addon in the status bar

It does not work, when you choose a sub folder of repository as root in vscode. But if your root directory matches the repository directory then everything is fine.
