Fix linkedin links #576

I was looking for something to do for Hacktoberfest and saw that you had an old issue opened about LinkedIn links (#290).

I put a band-aid fix, it definitely won't handle all conceivable inputs. But it looks like Boise has fixed their link since the issue was open and the only chapter with an issue currently is Phoenix.

I did have issues running the tests, so I'm not sure if they pass...

Open to any feedback & making improvements.
