Failing test for cairo/pdf output #110

The following test: https://github.com/mapserver/mapserver/blob/master/msautotest/misc/geopdf.map opens the Windows dialog box below, complaining about missing an E: drive.

I presume this is related to a Cairo dependency?

Command used: shp2img -m geopdf.map -i geopdfogc -o result/geopdf-ogc.pdf

Using release-1800-x64-gdal-2-1-3-mapserver-7-0-4.zip

An update on this. If there is an E: drive present on the machine then there is no error message and the PDF is created successfully. If there is no E: drive then there is an attempt to access the following files causing the error above:

E:\builds\poppler-0.30.0\vc12x64\install\share\poppler\nameToUnicode\
E:\builds\poppler-0.30.0\vc12x64\install\share\poppler\cidToUnicode\
E:\builds\poppler-0.30.0\vc12x64\install\share\poppler\unicodeMap\
E:\builds\poppler-0.30.0\vc12x64\install\share\poppler\cMap\
