Please add 1. a catalog of free software; 2. a catalog of open books and (scientific) articles #6243

User Story

It would be nice to add to GitCoin a catalog of software and (like arXiv but only open source and with less moderation restrictions) a catalog of free books/articles.

Each item should be accompanied with a prominent matching donation form. (This way we would probably build the first matched donations site for open products.)

We can mirror the entire GitHub using cached API requests. By default display the user's Ethereum address used for miniCLR.

Probably we should mirror only that part of GitHub products which have an author with a known Ethereum address, to maximize donations through GitCoin and not to duplicate GitHub functionality unnecessarily.

And this would work very well together with https://github.com/gitcoinco/web/issues/6113.

Why Is this Needed

We need a way of open source products creators to earn.

We should allow users to vote 1-5 stars for these products and search in the products by the same principles as https://github.com/gitcoinco/web/issues/6113 to show products by user interest not by the amount of money and time invested into product advertising (free advertising for free software).
