Conflict with Indexmenu plugin #26

Just some notes on my setup.

Running Dokuwiki 2016-06-26a "Elenor of Tsort"
I'm running Dokuwiki which includes the minimal web server (On-a-stick version)
I have indexmenu plugin (https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:indexmenu) installed and enabled
Then I installed datatables
When I try to use datatables, nothing extra shows. It looks like a regular table.
Only when I disable indexmenu, the datatables become visible with all the bells and whistles.

I've resorted to using the simplenavi plugin in order to do what indexmenu had provided but it's not as nice. Perhaps you can see where the conflict is.

Further to my original comment.

I played around with different options of indexmenu.

When I use {{indexmenu>:}}, it works fine. When I use {{indexmenu>..#1|js navbar nocookie}} it doesn't work.

I've resorted to just using the one that works. Not sure if you want to do anything on it but I have a solution.

You may want to also give nspages a try. Works here alongside DataTables.
