Helper button does not show in toolbar of ckgedit #23

Thanks for this nice addition to DokuWiki. Unfortunately the helper button only appears in the default DokuWiki editor. I just installed Ckgedit (a WYSIWYG editor) and there the button doesn't show. (dokuwiki version: 2018-04-22 "Greebo")
