The Go+ programming language is designed for engineering, STEM education, and data science. More and more people will be using it afterwards, so I suggest adding the check.

Go's syntax highlighting can be matched directly, but for more syntactic features you need to see: https://github.com/goplus/gop/blob/main/doc/docs.md
