Opening PR inside VS does not work correctly

• GitHub Extension for Visual Studio version: 2.8.0.6968
• Visual Studio version: 15.9.7

Pull request opens with error inside VS(see screenshots).

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Team Explorer' tab
2. Click on 'Pull Requests' button
3. Open dropdown menu via mouse right click.
4. Click 'Open' item of list
5. See error(see screenshots)

Expected behavior

PR opens correctly inside VS.

• %localappdata%\temp\extension.log is not exists
• %localappdata%\GitHubVisualStudio\extension.log is not exists(directory is not exists also)
• Windows Event Viewer - no errors from the .net runtime

Additional context

JetBrains ReSharper Ultimate 2018.3.2 is installed.

I have the same problem. I solve it temporarily by reverting the extension: ![Uploading Revertir.png…]()
