Sequence Number can be changed even though Honor Sequence Number is checked

Mingle Card: 4674 It is hard to tell if this is a defect or not. This can currently be solved by not showing the sequence number field on the layouts. Given the proposed solution I would prefer to not take this one.

Login to Mobile, select the ‘Test 4.0.1.3526’ Ticket, and click the Items tab.
Select all of the items from the list and then click the Bulk Edit icon.
Select ‘Sequence Number’ and change it to ‘999’.

Expected Result

The ‘Sequence Number’ should not be updated as the Price Book has ‘Honor Sequence Number’ checked.
