Attaching reports or logging out generates error in Console - 429 (Too many request) #5742

Mingle Card: 6107 This is not a defect. We have exceeded our quota with RayGun so they have turned off our ability to send events.

Steps to Reproduce

Error generated in console while performing following scenarios.

  1. Select a Ticket → add a report
  2. Click on Log out button

No errors in console

Receiving following message in console
