Don't know if you fix older versions, but I didn't see this in recent issues.
Noticed village wasn't populating. Watched farmers, 95% of fields were mature crops.
Observed them for 10 minutes, only picking a couple crops a day. Tried turning off settings like forcing to replant last picked, none of the farming related options prompted them to commence farming.

Logged out, turned off mod, logged back in.
Every field got picked entirely.
