[Bug] Config option "ZAWA overworld only spawns" does not work in all dimensions from other mods

Describe the bug Despite "ZAWA overworld only spawns" being set to true, ZAWA mobs spawn in other mod's dimensions, e.g. the (legacy) Aether (with dimension ID 4), the Twilight Forest (with ID 7) and Tropicraft's Tropics (with ID -127).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior. (What were you doing when this happened) :

1. Enter one of the dimensions listed above with ZAWA installed
2. Find ZAWA mobs

Expected behavior Due to how the mod is told to behave in the config file, there shouldn't be any ZAWA mobs in dimensions with an ID other than 0

Please complete the following information):

• Mod Version Number : 2.1.0
• Bookworm Version Number : 2.5.2.1
• Forge Version Number : 14.23.5.2847
• Are other mods installed? : Yes, one of the mods listed above to provide the other dimension(s) (since it was tested with each of those mods individually, it is most likely a ZAWA issue)
• Is OptiFine installed? : No
• Is this bug present in single player or on a server or both? : Only tested in singleplayer, but presumably both

Additional context Until an official fix is released, this problem can be circumvented by using InControl (example usage: https://github.com/JoelZBub/organic-free-range-pack/blob/master/src/config/incontrol/spawn.json )

Additionally, mobs can be found in Caverns dimensions: -50 Cavern -51 Huge Cavern -52 Aqua Cavern -53 Caveland They can also be found in Misty World dimensions: 69 Misty World
