Describe the bug
I've seen this reported in the past, but it's worth reporting again. Some animals, especially larger hitbox animals, simply cannot pathfind their way down 1 block heights.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior. (What were you doing when this happened) :
Spawn a polar bear above you in survival.
Punch the bear to aggro it.
Have the bear chase and attack you downhill.
Laugh in its face, as it literally can't even walk down a 1-block drop.

Expected behavior
Aggro mobs should be able to walk down a 1-block drop (or more).
