FT HTTP in SF: bye does not close session #58

In store and Forward HTPP, the AS sends a SIP-Bye once invitation is accepted. 
The UE discards the SIP-Bye and then keep the chat session over MSRP open. The 
UE uses this session to send the display notification.
This display notification is discarded from AS since session is closed.

The dialog path of the chat session is modified by the FT terminating session. 
This modification prevents the chat session to be referenced afterwards. A deep 
copy of this dialog path should be performed to avoid this.
