Opening Gladius Network Node a second time launches a second instance, instead of activating the first one. #82

On Windows 10 when I minimize my Gladius Node Manager it disappears from the taskbar (into the micro menu). If you then open the Gladius Node Manager again (not from the micro menu) it opens a second instance, rather than activating the active instance.
